okay... i'll start off by saying this.
there are things i'm really really happy about in this pic...
there is a lot more things i'm not too happy with...

that being said i want more Constructive criticism on this pic then any other... there are so many mistakes and a lot that i have no idea how to fix...

so yeah... this is another sketch from work... this is quite different from the original sketch but i think all the changes i made were for the better.

personally i think this shows i'm a little too eager for summer to get here... oh well...

I really hope you like it since i worked very very hard on it and yeah... Enjoy ^^

and i may come up with a better title later... i'm a little tired right now lol.

edit: i'm multytasking and putting this as theme 78... Drink... what she's got one there with her... it's valid...

edit2: i forgot to mention this is my thanks for 50k pic... since i started making it around that time... and yeah... thanks so much ^^

edit 3: i'm hopeing to make this part of a beach series... but who knows with time/ work / commissions if it'll ever happen... still i'm hopeful.

I think you did a great job coloring the sea and with the transparency of the table and cup :wow: and I love the overall sunny feel, makes me long for summer vacation ^^

I don't know what to crit because it looks fantastic to me...maybe some reflections on the surface of the table would make it look more realistic? Other than that it has me totally entranced~ ^^;

summer vacation... warmth... oh how i miss it...
granted in the past two weeks it's only been chilly for me... i dunno one... maybe two days... i'm just a wuss lol

the glass objects (and the water) both are my favorite thing... and my least favorite thing... so i'm glad you like it... i'm still trying to think of how to fix it lol

i was thiking about making the table reflact her as well... but i have no idea how to go about trying that... i'll maybe experiment a little after work (which i'm going to in like... 10 mins) but for now i'll keep it the way it is...

well, I love how you did the water, I think you did the transparency of the shallower bits nicely~

I wouldn't know how to do that either...reflections are so difficult >__< I suppose you'd have to flip the image of her and distort it somehow and lower the opacity?...but like I said I have no idea how to really do it XD

yeah... plus i wopuld have to deal with perspectve and the fact that the elbow are touching the table... it would be very hard so maybe later i'll give it a shot

and yeah... the shallow water is my favorite part... i worked so hard on it and it turned out almost exactly how i wanted... therefor i and happy

i hope to add more waves to the water later... another thing i had no idea how to do well.

The table seems to be in a slight off angle of the horizon. Everything else looks good though.

yeah...that could get complicated xD; although I'm sure you'd figure it out~

yeah, the water already looks like its lapping the shore gently, so it'd be cool to see what else you could do with it ^^

This is really nice all the little things I noticed you could fix in the sketch you did fix in this. My only crit is some minor body proportion issues but they are rather small.

Besides that nice coloring and texturing, you're coming along very well ^^
